- essential pre-treatment in the eyebrow tinting process
-essential for cleaning lashes before eyelash extensions or lash filler (lifts)
- can be used prior to thickening treatments, lash and brow coloring, lash lift and lamination
- cleanses and degreases the hair and skin
- preps and primes the area for the treatment
Use the Saline before applying the tint to get the best tinting results.
The bottle contains 100ml of Saline Pretreatment, made in Italy

Aqua, Sodium Chloride, Sodium Benzoate Potassium Sorbate, Citric Acid.
